    13U – 2006, 12U – 2008, and 10U – 2009 Birth Year Open Skates:

    The Predators are please to announce, 13U – 2006, 12U – 2008,  and 10U - 2009  birth year open skates, hosted by IC Hockey’s, Tyler Murovich.  The session will be for players that are interested in playing for the Predators 2006, 2008, and 2009 birth year teams this coming season.  These skates will be a mix of drills and scrimmages which are meant to allow interested players to meet the coaching staff, skate with members of the 2018-19 teams and to give the coaches an opportunity to see players in a variety of situations to better evaluate their interest for next season. 

    All skates will take place at Ice Castle Arena:

    13U – 2006
    Saturday, April 6 – 8:50am – 9:50am
    Saturday, April 13 – 8:50am – 9:50am

    In addition to the open skates, Tyler will be coaching a Spring team along with former Robert Morris standout, Andrew Blazek.  Tryouts for the Spring team will be held:

    Sunday, March 31 - 8:50am – 9:50am

    12U – 2008

    10U – 2009

    There will be a nominal fee to cover the cost of the ice.  If you are interested in participating or have any questions, please feel free to contact Coach Murovich at (412) 561-9090 or tyler@ichockey.net

    Please arrive 45 minutes early for each session.

    13U - 2006 Spring Team & Evaluation

    The Predators will be forming a 2006 Spring team that will be coached by IC Hockey founder and former professional hockey player, Tyler Murovich, and former RMU defenseman, Andrew Blazek.

    The evaluation skates for the team are scheduled at Ice Castle Arena:
    March 30 & 31 - 8:50am-9:50am 
    Cost will be $45.00 – payment will be made online.

    14U AAA

    14UAAA Open Skates

    The 2019-20 14U AAA team coached by Greg Timmons is pleased to announce that it will hold three open skate sessions for players interested in playing for the 2019-20 14U Predators.  These skates will be a mix of drills and scrimmages which are meant to allow interested players to meet the coaching staff, skate with members of the 2018-19 team and to give the coaches an opportunity to see players in a variety of situations to better evaluate their interest for next season.  The skates will take place at Ice Castle from 6:30 – 7:50 p.m. on the following days/times:

    Monday April 8
    Tuesday April 9
    Tuesday April 16

    There will be a nominal fee to cover the cost of the ice.  If you are interested in participating or have any questions, please feel free to contact Coach Timmons at (412) 389-8882.

    Congrats to U12 Ferguson on winning Niagara Falls Presidents Day Tournament!

    The Pittsburgh Predators Hockey Club is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)3, youth sports organization operating an amateur ice hockey program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Formed in 2000, the program has doubled in size to over 450 players fielding 25 teams for the 2018-2019 season including Tier I Midget Major, Minor AAA, U15 AAA and U13AAA through Tier II ADM Mites!

    The Predators play out the city's finest ice rink, The Ice Castle, featuring 2 NHL sized rinks with a full snack bar and excellent seating, rinkside or balcony.
